摘 要

我国已进入大众化旅游阶段，乡村旅游正成为旅游新热点。宜昌市乡村旅游总体发展水平不高，基本处于初级阶段，存在开发无序化、产品同质化、项目单一化、经营粗放化和公地悲剧化等问题，制约了宜昌乡村旅游的可持续发展，迫切需要解决。

本文采用理论研究与实证研究结合、定性研究与定量研究结合、文献研究与实际调查结合、纵向比较与横向比较相结合的研究方法，旨在借鉴国内外乡村旅游开发的理论与实践，结合宜昌乡村旅游资源特征与开发现状，分析宜昌乡村旅游开发的内在优势与劣势，明确其外在机遇与威胁，试图回答宜昌乡村旅游开发方向、开发原则、开发模式与开发策略，解决宜昌乡村旅游开发中存在的突出问题，推动宜昌乡村旅游可持续发展。本文的研究成果对于宜昌市乡村旅游开发实践具有较高的理论价值与现实指导作用。

研究报告由5章构成:

第1章阐述了选题背景、研究内容、研究意义、研究方法和技术路线，并对前人的研究成果进行了回顾和评述。

第2章疏理了研究所涉及到的新农村建设理论、城乡一体化理论、体验经济理论和可持续发展理论，对乡村旅游的相关概念进行了理论辨析。提出了乡村旅游资源分类体系，将乡村旅游资源分为10主类、38亚类、206个基本类型。在实证研究的基础上，明确了宜昌乡村旅游资源有10主类、36亚类、194个基本类型。

第3章是报告的重点之一。在调查研究基础上，对宜昌乡村旅游开发的自然地理环境、社会经济环境、旅游产业环境和旅游资源现状进行了实证分析。通过SWOT分析，指出了宜昌乡村旅游具有生态环境良好、历史文化底蕴深厚、旅游资源品位高和农业资源丰富等4大产业发展优势；存在乡村旅游产品同质化、旅游活动项目单一化、乡村建设城市化、原住居民边缘化、乡村文化低俗化、乡村公地悲剧化、旅游开发无序化和经营管理粗放化等软肋；面临着党和政府大力支持乡村旅游发展、城乡居民收入提高、国民消费方式转变、新农村基础设施改善、快速交通网络加速形成等难得的发展机遇；同时，也面临着大旅游发展背景中乡村旅游地位弱化、乡村旅游大开发浪潮中发展风险增加、世界经济复苏的不稳定性和不确定性持续上升、国内经济增长下行压力和物价上涨压力并存、区域竞争与同业竞争日趋激烈等风险。

第4章是报告的核心部分。该部分在前述研究的基础上，提出宜昌乡村旅游开发应坚持“农民主体、农业基础；政府引导、市场运作；保护优先、绿色主导；突出特色、打造精品；市场导向、产业化发展”的5项基本原则。根据宜昌乡村旅游发展所处的阶段与水平，从不同侧面提出了现阶段宜昌乡村旅游开发的驱动

机制模式、经营组织模式、产品开发模式和地域开发模式。在此基础上，提出了“规划先行、科学发展；加强基础、优化环境；扩宽渠道、多元融资；完善制度、规范管理；培训提升、建设队伍；打造精品、铸造品牌”的宜昌乡村旅游开发策略。在铸造宜昌乡村旅游品牌上，提出重点打造旅游名镇品牌、旅游名村品牌、旅游景点品牌、旅游节庆品牌、旅游产品品牌和旅游商品品牌，构建宜昌乡村旅游品牌体系。

第5章是结论部分。总结了报告的主要结论和创新点，指出了研究的不足和今后研究的方向。

Abstract

China has entered into a section of mass tour, rural tourism is becoming a new hot spot. the level of rural tourism in Yichang is not high. Some problem like exploitation disordering、production homogenization、item simplification、management extensive and tragedy of the commons etc. Restrict the sustainable development of rural tourism in Yichang. These problems should be solved as soon as possible.

This thesis combine the theoretical research and the empirical research、qualitative research and quantitative research、the practice and theory of exploitation of literature research, according to the characteristic and current situation of Yichang ’s rural tourism, analyses the inner advantages and disadvantages, realizes the outer chances and threatens, try to find out the developing direction、principle、model and strategy, push forward the sustainable development of the rural tourism in Yichang . This thesis will show the theoretical value and directive function for the less developed area’s development of rural tourism.

This thesis is making up by 5 chapters:

Chapter one is expounding the background of the topic、the research contents、significance、method and technology roadmap, also look back and recital the research result of predecessors.

Chapter two is recounting the theory of rural construction、urban and rural integration、experience economy and sustainable development. Put forward the classify of rural tourism resource, which including 10 main class, 38 subclass, 206 fundamental type.

Chapter three is one of the focal point in this thesis. According to the research, the author analyzed the natural geographic environment、social economy environment、tourist industry environment and the current situation of tourism resource. Through the SWTO, rural tourism in Yichang is provided with good environment、deep historical cultural deposits、high grade recourses and abundant resources of agriculture; the weakens of tourism production homogenization、individualized tourism activity、native residents marginalization、local culture vulgarization、tragedy of the commons in the country、production homogenization、management extensive est. are exist; the governments support the rural tourism、household income of urban and rural residents is increasing、the pattern of consumption is changing、infrastructure construction of the country is improving, these are the big chance for developing; meaning while, we have to face the reduction of the tourist position、the increasing of developmental risk、the instability and uncertainty of the resurgent of world economy、the coexist pressure of
