1、Determination of propranolol hydrochloride by UV method

Propranolol Hydrochloride Tablets contain not less than 90.0percent and not more than 110.0percent of the labeled amount of C16H21NO2·HCl. Assay-------------------------------------------------------(3.5hour) Sample solution (1), (2) preparation

Measure the absorbance at the maximum at 290 nm, Appendix II B. Calculate the content of C16H21NO2,HCl

2、Determination of propranolol hydrochloride by HPLC method
