摘 要

本毕业论文主要是对落料——拉深——冲孔的复合模具做了详细介绍。本套模具在对原来的模具充分分析了解的基础上,现设计出了这套复合模具。这套复合模具不但适用于现代的模具行业,提高了生产效率,同时对冲压件防护罩的成型有很高的精度。

这套复合模具不但可以节约冲压的原材料,同时也为生产工厂带来了经济利益和生产效率,更主要的是这套模具把这几个原本不容易合在一起的制造工艺通过特殊装置在一套模具中实现了。在很大的程度的提高了生产效率,而且并把原来两套或以上的模具才能完成的工艺用这套复合模具完成了。

本毕业论文主要是阐述了我国模具的现状及发展趋势、并进行了对零件的工艺性分析、冲裁力的计算、压力机的选择、模具总体的设计以及模具的设计计算、标准件的选取、模具装配的设计计算等各方面的分析介绍。

其中零件成型工艺分析主要是对零件的特性和使用的材料性能做了简单的介绍,成型工艺的计算主要是为设计模具的标准件选件打下基础,通过大量的计算来确定一些标准件的选择的尺寸和压力机的压力的型号的确定等。最后首先用用三维图对整体的结构进行性了绘画以及运动仿真,通过爆炸图对所有的结构有了详细的了解。于此同时也用二维软件CAD绘制出模具的总装配图和零件图,并详细的阐明装配时需要注意的事项。

ABSTRACT

This thesis is mainly for blanking, deep drawing, punching compound die for graduation design.I designed this set of compound die stamping can not only save raw materials, as well as production factory brings economic benefits and the production efficiency, more important is the mould this several manufacturing process which was not easy together through special device is realized in a mold.To a large degree of increase the production efficiency, and the original one or more set of mold to complete the process with the composite mold finished.

This thesis mainly expounds the present situation and development trend of the mold, and the analysis of technology for parts, the calculation of blanking force, the choice of the press and the mold of the overall design and mold design and calculation of the design and calculation, the selection of standard parts, mold assembly and so on various aspects of analysis are introduced.

Parts forming process analysis is mainly on the characteristics of the parts and materials used in performance made simple introduction, molding process calculation is mainly lays the foundation for the design of mold standard parts option, by a large number of calculation to determine the choice of some standard parts of the determination of the model size and the pressure of the press, etc.The first use of 3 d figure for the overall structure of the progressive painting and motion simulation, through explosion figure have detailed understanding about the structure of all.At the same time also use 2 d CAD software to map the mold of the general assembly drawing and part drawing, and detailed clarify assembly when the matters needing attention.
