在AGV四个角落及操作面板均安装急停按钮,该位置操作方便,同时又有防止误触碰措施。当有异常事件发生,按下急停按钮时,AGV立刻停止运行和工作。并有红灯闪烁。急停回路应采用直接电源控制方式(非程序控制)。

The emergency stop button is installed in the four corners of AGV and operation panel. The position is easy to operate and at the same time has the measures to avoid any touch by mistake. When there’s anything abnormal happens and the emergency stop button is pressed, AGV will stop running and working immediately, and the red light will glitter. The emergency stop circuit should be made by hard-wiring (not the program control).

11.6多AGV避碰 Multi-AGV Collision Prevention

控制台内安装避碰程序,负责AGV运行中的交通管理。保证运行中的AGV与AGV间不发生碰撞和AGV追尾等事故。控制台将对进入系统和退出系统的AGV进行管理,以保证系统安全运行。

There is a collision prevention program installed inside the console, which is responsible for the transportation management of AGV running and ensures that there will be no accidents of collision between AGVs or rear-end by AGV. The console will manage AGV, which enters into or exits from the system to ensure system running safety.

AGV控制台由工控机、无线电台、路由器及数据采集系统组成,数据采集系统主要用于控制台与总装总控室及其他远程IO的通讯。

由于采用集中控制的方式,控制台将成为AGVS系统的核心。它与生产调度管理计算机系统留有接口,可以接受调度命令和报告AGV的运行情况。控

制台应满足工业现场环境要求,有足够的运算速度和管理能力。控制台主要功能包括通讯管理、AGV运行状态、数据采集和运行状态显示。控制台在实时调度在线AGV的同时将在屏幕上显示系统工作状态,包括在线AGV的数量、位置(包括AGV处于的地标位置)状态。

With the method of centralized control, the console will be the core of AGVS system. It has an interface with the production dispatching management computer system and can receive dispatching order and report AGV running state. The console shall meet the requirement of industrial field environment and has enough calculating speed and management capability. The main function of the console includes

communication management, AGV running state, data collection and running state display. The console makes real-time dispatch of the online AGV and at the same time displays on the screen the system working state, covering online AGV number and position (including AGV land mark position) state.

The console is responsible for the transportation management of AGV running and ensures that there will be no accidents of collision between AGVs or rear-end by AGV. The console will manage AGV, which enters into or exits from the system to ensure system running safety.

AGV调度管理系统采用集中调度管理方式,控制台根据生产管理系统下达的运输任务,AGV的工作状态、运行情况,通过通讯系统将命令和任务传递给被选中的AGV,被选中的AGV根据控制台的命令完成发动机的输送和辅助装配。任务完成后,AGV通知控制台任务完成情

况,并回到待命位置,等待下一次任务。

AGV dispatching management system adopts the method of centralized dispatching management. Based on the transportation tasks from the production management system, AGV working status and running state, the console will send orders and tasks through communication system to selected AGV, which will complete engine transportation and assistant assembly upon console order. After finishing tasks, AGV will inform the console of completion and return to the position for next task.

13. AGV车载控制系统和数据采集AGV Vehicle Control System & Data Collection

AGV车载计算机是控制系统的核心,它通过接口和各功能模块连结,实时监控各功能模块的工作状态,对异常情况按预定方案进行处理,保证AGV周边设备和人员的安全。一旦计算机系统发生故障,离线保护单元、防撞安全单元、应急开关将控制AGV停车或完成基本操作。

AGV vehicle computer is the core of control system. It connects with all function modules through interface, controls in real time the working state of various function modules and deals with abnormal state as preplanned to ensure the safety of the equipment and personnel around. Once the computer system malfunction happens, the offline protection unit, collision prevention safety unit and emergency switch will control AGV to stop or finish basic operation.
