移动,另外滑动工作台通过组合轴承结构可旋转一定的角度。举升装置是完成升降动作的主要装置,其主要由液压驱动系统、剪刀叉、集中润滑系统、液压油缸、等组成。该液压驱动系统采用进口的泵站,在整个装置下部安装接油盘,保持AGV运行地面清洁,性能可靠,传动稳定。滚球平台为一板式结构,在台面安装万向滚球,便于后桥托盘在平台上全方位移动,在平台四周安装导向装置,避免托盘滑下工作台或倾覆。
This equipment is made up of sliding worktable, scissor hydraulic lifting device, manual control box and rolling ball table, etc. Among them, the sliding worktable can move horizontally in two directions through bearing combination in the course of application. Besides, it can also rotate in certain angle by this structure. The lifting fixture is the main device to finish the action of lifting and lowering. It is composed of hydraulic driving system, scissor fork, centralized lubrication system and hydraulic grease cylinder, etc. This hydraulic driving system adopts imported pumping station and the grease tray is installed under the whole device in order to keep AGV running path clean, make its performance reliable and its driving stable. The rolling table is of one board structure. The universal rolling ball is installed on the table so that it is convenient for the rear axle pallet to move in all directions on the table. Guiding fixture is installed around the table to avoid pallet slide off the table or overturn.
AGV举升装置可由手动操纵上升下降,操作人员可以通过操作配套在举升装置两侧的手控操作盒或脚踏开关实现举升装置的上升或下降。待AGV进入装配路段并跟踪上车身后,操作者松开滑动平台锁定装置,利用举升手控盒手动操纵举升装置升降。装配结束后,按动装配结束按钮举升装置自动复位至初始位置后人工锁定滑动平台。每个举升装置安装有编码器,可时时反馈提升的位置,举升的高度也可通过软件设定,设定需要举升的高度及极限高度。
AGV lifting equipment can be operated manually to ascend and descend. Operator can run it through manual operation box or footswitch at the two sides of the lifting equipment. After AGV enters into assembly path and track the body, operator opens the lock equipment of slide flat and uses lifting manual control box to operate lifting equipment. After assembly, press the completion button, the lifting equipment will automatically return to its initial position. Then operator locks the slide flat. dimension, which directly decides if AGV system can meet the requirements of field application. All basic specifications of the two kinds of lifter introduced above are set for initial parameter dimension. They can be amended or adjusted according to customer’s specific dimensions so that field application requirements can be achieved finally.

8. 不同轴距车体装配实现Body of Different Wheelbases Assembly

新松公司根据轿车装配的具体特点,开发了用于不同轴距轿车发动机前后悬
总成装配标准结构形式,可实现发动机中心点与后桥中心点距离在2450mm到2850mm的轿车的装配;其实现方案是将后桥举升机构设计为可沿导轨前后移动的方式(如图),以调整AGV前后举升轴的间距,用以适应不同车型的不同轴距。针对不同轴距的车型进行标定,在合适位置处做标记,使操作人员在吊装后桥总成后能快速准确进行轴距调整。后桥举升装置可在任意位置锁定,操作省力、简单。
Based on the specific characteristics of car assembly, SIASUN develops AGV standard products for car engine front & rear suspension final assembly. This type of AGV can realize the car assembly with distance of 2450mm-2850mm between the center point of engine and rear axle. The solution is to design the rear axle lifting framework to be able to move forward and backward along the guided rail as shown in the picture, so that the distance between AGV front and back lifting axle can be adjusted to adapt to different wheelbases for various types of vehicles. According to different wheelbases of vehicle type, marks are made in proper positions so that operator can adjust the wheelbase rapidly and accurately. The rear axle lifting fixture can lock in any position. The operation is easy and saves labor.
