In the process of strategic planning decomposition, the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is introduced. Input with the demand of the enterprise’s core competence and integrated(combined) with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Benchmarking theory, the demand of core competence is mapped into the enterprise’s strategic objective, and further more, transformed to the strategic objective of the business units so as to bring a guidance for working of the business units and communicate enterprise strategy to the business units. Based on the above proposed, the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is brought into as the framework of strategic management, implementing strategic management from four mutually-related and causal respects, such as financial, customer, internal business process, learning and growth.

本文还从业绩评价角度研究了企业战略控制问题,重点阐述了企业业绩评价指标体系的设立,指标权重的设置以及考评标准的确立。并采用模糊评价对定量和定性指标进行统一处理,实现对企业各层级经营单位的综合业绩评估。 最后以深圳白唇鹿公司为应用背景 (taking Shenzhen Baichunlu Company as a application example),实现了ERP中的战略规划分解系统。

The problem of strategic control is also studied from the view of enterprise performance appraisal, the selection of appraisal targets, the setup of target weight and determination of appraisal criterion are emphasized。In addition, fuzzy appraisal is applied to the comprehensive performance appraisal of the business units, the quantitative and qualitative indicators are taken into account synthetically.

Finally, regarding( taking) Shenzhen Baichunlu Company as the application background , a strategic planning decomposition system in ERP is implemented.

Modern manufacturing science is a gradually formed scientific system through the infiltration and blending of high technologies represented by IT into manufacturing industry during the latter half of the 20th century. Concretely speaking, it is developed and evolved as a result of crossing, mixing, interpenetration of information science (including microelectronics, computer science, automation and network communication), management science, life science , material science with mechanical engineering and manufacturing practice. It refers to an inclusive concept of manufacturing, not only including the processing from blank to finished products, but also covering the whole process of a product’s lifecycle including market information collection and analysis, product model decision, product design, product processing and manufacturing, marketing and after-sales service, disposal of EOL (end of life) products, as well as the prediction of product’s fatigue strength and the whole lifecycle procedure.
