Abstract

Inventory is an important asset of enterprises, is to meet the business needs of normal production and sale bring important economic resources inflow of economic benefits to the enterprise, is an important link of enterprise internal control, enterprises to achieve operational objectives, implementing the management policy and decision-making, to maintain the security and integrity of assets, guaranteeing the financial control system balance of payments and method, self coordination, an internal the authenticity of accounting information supervision and restriction, is an indispensable part in enterprise management.

This paper expounds the existing inventory management of Shijiazhuang Ji Miao Trading Limited company issues, that the lack of a true record of inventory, accounts does not deserve, lack of internal controls, and acceptance of the link confusion, lack of scientific and reasonable inventory purchase plan is not based on market selection proper inventory accounting methods are discussed and presented in this enterprise should establish a sound internal control system, improve the overall quality of inventory management, strictly control procurement costs, inventory accounting norms proposals.
