我国汽车装配先进工与艺调整技术

摘 要:

随着现今产品向个性化、多样化、全球化、小批量方向发展,流水线总装式的大批量生产方式因为其自身的原因(在相对固定生产时间段中进行重复生产的方式)而限制了产品种类的多变性,所以已经不能适应快速反应的市场和商品多样化的需求。为此,有人提出了用户化大批量生产,即采用大量生产的成本生产出满足用户个性化的大量产品。用户化大批量生产模式强调在现有的流水线上进行工位的整合和调整、各工位作业量的均衡工艺的并行设计和物流的顺畅,从而实现敏捷制造(Agile Manufacture,AM)和高柔度装配。用户化大批量生产必须从零件装配成产品,所以装配在AM中占有重要的地位。如何有效实现汽车产品装配自动化和柔性化,如何将计算机辅助技术应用到装配工艺的问题日趋成为汽车行业提高流水线总装效率的关键。

随着汽车消费市场需求的个性化和、多样化,汽车装配作业也从传统的单一品种、大批量生产向多品种中小批量转化,装配生产的批量性特点趋于复杂,安装零件的品种、数量作业进一步增多,对零部件的接收、保管、供给、装配指导等都提出了新的要求。市场的变化必将使装配生产方式产生新的变革,逐步向装配模块化、自动化装配技术与柔性装配系统(FAS)、汽车虚拟装配系统(AVAS)发展。

做为汽车制造工艺流程的最后一个环节,装配式体现汽车产品设计性能的关键,必须得到制造企业充分的重视。本论文主要介绍汽车装配工艺与发展趋势及其调整,其中对装配的发展趋势做了详细的说明与展望。

Abstract:

With the development of personalized, diversified products to small batch, globalization, direction, assembly type mass production because of its own (repeated production way in the relatively fixed production period) and limits the variety of the types of products, so can not adapt to the rapid reaction of the market and commodity diversification demand. Therefore, some people proposed the mass production of the user, the mass production of the cost of production to meet a large number of product user personalization. Concurrent design and logistics smoothly customized mass production mode emphasizes the integration and adjustment, position in the existing assembly line balancing technique of each station work quantity, so as to realize agile manufacturing (Agile Manufacture, AM) and flexible assembly. Customized mass production must be from the parts assembled into a product, so the assembly plays an important role in the AM. How to effectively implement the auto assembly automation and flexibility, how will the computer aided technology applied to the assembly process problem has become the key to improve the efficiency of the assembly line of automobile industry.

With the automotive consumer market demand, personalized and diversified, assembly operation of motor has transformed from a single species, the traditional mass production to the many varieties of small batch, batch of assembly production tends to be complex, variety, quantity job installation parts further increased, receiving, storage, supply of spare parts, assembly instructions are proposed the new requirements. The change of the market will produce new change assembly production, and gradually to the assembly module, automatic assembly technology and flexible assembly system (FAS), automobile virtual assembly system (AVAS) development.

As the last link of automobile manufacturing process, the key assembly type design reflects the performance of automotive products manufacturing enterprises, must be given full attention. This paper mainly introduces the assembly process and development trend of automobile and its adjustment, the development trend of the assembly is explained and prospects in detail.
