西安石油大学学生成绩管理系统的分析与设计

摘 要：近年来随着我国高等教育飞速发展，高等学校招生规模不断扩大，在校学生人数迅速增加，学生成绩数据信息量越来越大，学生成绩管理工作的难度也越来越大。因此，为减轻教务管理人员对学生成绩管理的工作量，方便学生自我成绩管理，许多高校都购买使用了教务管理系统，通过教务管理系统中学生成绩管理模块来全面、综合的管理学生成绩，以减轻教务管理人员的工作量和实现学生自我成绩管理。然而，成绩管理系统作为高校教务管理系统的核心模块之一，在具体使用过程中却有违最初意愿，大多情况下只是单纯的实现了学生成绩的查询、修改、统计等工作，并没有从根本上实现学生成绩管理的真正作用——提高管理效率实现学生成绩数据在教学管理检测和评估作用，帮助学生进行自我成绩管理以实现提高学生成绩的参考指导作用，减轻教务人员工作量的同时提升教学质量的参考指导作用。

西安石油大学学生成绩管理系统采用ASP开发技术，以VBScript为服务器端脚本语言，以MS Office Access 2007作为数据库，在对现有学生成绩管理系统进一步完善的基础上，实现学生自我成绩管理与个人简历管理，使得西安石油大学学生成绩管理系统更能适应现今教育发展，更能从综合素质方面考虑学生的发展需求。

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of China's higher education, college enrollment expanding rapidly increase the number of students in the school, student achievement data traffic increases, the difficulty of student achievement management is also growing. Therefore, in order to reduce the workload of educational administration student achievement management to facilitate student achievement of self- management, many colleges and universities have used to buy educational management system, high school students through the educational management system performance management module to a comprehensive, integrated management of student achievement in order to reduce workload management and implementation of educational achievement of students self- management. However, the performance management system as one of the core modules of the college educational management system, in particular the use of the process, but contrary to the original intention, mostly just a simple case of student achievement to achieve a query, modify, statistics, etc., does not fundamentally the realization of the true role of student achievement management - to improve management efficiency of student achievement data to detect and evaluate teaching management role in helping students to self- management in order to achieve improved student achievement scores of reference guiding role, reducing the workload of the academic staff at the same time enhance teaching reference guidance quality.

Xi'an Shiyou University student performance management system developed using ASP technology to the server -side scripting language VBScript to MS Office Access2007 as a database, in the existing management system to further improve student achievement based on students' self- realization and personal resume management performance management, making Xi'an Shiyou University student performance management system can adapt to today's educational development, better consider the development needs of students from the overall quality aspects.
