摘要
本文主要是通过对我国石油进出口规模和来源国的分析，以及对影响我国石油的价格的因素的分析，得出我国石油的使用存在着过分依赖外国，对外依存度已超出警戒线、我国石油供不应求的态势越来越严重以及抵抗石油风险的能力弱的问题的结论；是我国石油行业不成熟、国际市场不确定以及国家应急措施不健全等因素造成的。面对我国石油行业当前的形势，从多个方面提出应对措施。

Abstract
This article mainly analysis of the current situation of the import and export of our oil, and the factors of influxes the price of oil. We abstain a conclusion of we heavily dependent foreign oil, the widening gap between supply and demand and weak to face the risk of oil. The reasons are our oil industrial immature, international market uncertainly and the unsound of our state emergency measures. The face of our oil industry is the current situation，we shall be take some certain measures.
