摘要

自从美国通用振动公司设计的活化振动给煤机引入我国以来,其合理的设计及高效的生产率均获得了广泛好评,因此,国内众多生产厂家都在不断努力仿造该产品,但至目前为止都没有成功,究其原因,主要是国内相关研究部门没有掌握活化振动给煤机的技术原理,只能进行简单的外形模仿,由其造成了很多问题,如设备振动模式不合理,设备出料精度不能满足使用要求,堵煤严重,以及噪音超标等。因此,有必要在深入分析活化振动给煤机机理的基础上对我国国产活化振动给煤机进行改进,同时为我国活化振动给煤机的发展提供更加科学、合理的参考依据。本文详细地分析了振动给料机的发展过程,并针对当前活化振动给煤机存在的问题,通过理论分析和系统仿真对活化振动给煤机的运动学、动力学以及控制技术进行了系统的研究。

本文在建立双质体活化振动给煤机运动学和动力学模型的基础上,对该设备的工作原理进行了详细的分析,通过系统的计算,给出了物料作抛掷运动和正向滑动的起始条件以及物料作反向滑动的临界条件,同时还给出了物料作抛掷运动和正向滑动的理论平均速度,并利用MATLAB软件中的Simulink工具箱对振动模型进行了仿真,仿真结果验证了该动力学模型的合理性;本文还对振动系统中的激振橡胶弹簧和隔振橡胶弹簧的刚度与应力进行校核计算,并给出了橡胶弹簧直径的计算公式;最后,为了进一步提高系统给料的精度,为活化振动给煤机增加了一套称量系统,再加上可变力轮,就可以使系统实现在线无级调速。在实际生产中,启动时要求传送带先启动,再启动活化振动给煤机;而在停止时,应先停活化振动给煤机,再停传送带,按照这样的要求,利用电气控制技术设计了一个两台电动机顺序启动的控制电路,避免了物料在传送带上的堆积。 关键词:活化振动给煤机;运动学模型;动力学模型;橡胶弹簧;仿真
