吊点所用材料应使用直探针(0o)进行100%超声波检测; 所有焊缝吊装前要作磁粉检验,焊接后要做100%UT。
SD-DOP-DPP-ST- 对于吊点的割除,不可用锤击或碳弧气刨方法去除,应使用气割方法在距母材上方5mm处割除,然后用机械方法打磨直至与本体母材光滑平齐,割除后此处需作M.P.I.检验。
3 LIFTING REQUIREMENT场地要求
3.1
Yard Arrangement场地布置
The horizontal panel shall be in the working scope of crane 水平片摆放在吊机有效运行范围内。
According to yard condition, if crane moves on the skidway, steel plate is laid as actual situation. 根据现场工况,如果吊机需要在滑道上行走,应按照现场实际情况铺设钢板。 3.2
Yard Clearance场地清除
The walking route of cranes shall be cleared and cleaned 24 hours before the day of panel lifting.
吊车行走路径应在水平片吊装前一天清理干净并且保证平坦;
The transporter route shall be cleaned in advance before lifting.
在进行吊装作业之前,应清理吊车行走路线上的任何障碍物;
The transporter route shall be cleaned to ensure that route space in the yard is flat and tidy.
清扫行车通道,尽量保证车道的平整;
The crane routes should not override the cable channel and other dangerous regions.
行车通道不能横跨电缆沟及其他危险区域;
When lifting, the hoisting range of the cranes should not come across any obstacle.
在进行吊装作业时,吊车的旋转半径范围内不能有任何障碍物;
The operators must be away from barricaded the lifting site and stay at the safe zones.
任何靠近吊装作业区的施工人员必须远离至安全区域;
All lifting work shall be done at daytime with adequate visibility.

4 LIFTING SCHEME吊装过程
4.1
Prefabrication Yard预制场地
Two 600T cranes are used for transportation and prefabrication of EL.(+)45 250 to EL.(+)47 750 OF LQ. The original location of cranes is shown in figure 4.1a. When the panel has been lifted, 370T 1# trailer moves to the place below the panel. Put the panel onto the trailer slowly. The final location of cranes and trailer is shown in figure 4.1b. Before lifting, temporary supports used for transportation are connected with the panel. The location of panels on trailer refers to chapter 4.2.
生活楼5,6层在预制场地的运输及预制均使用2台600T吊车进行,吊车站位如图4.1a所示,甲板片吊起后,370T 1#平板液压拖车移至水平片下方。吊钩下降将水平片缓慢放置到拖车上。装车状态吊机及拖车站位如图4.1b。,水平片在拖车上的位置参见4.2
