南京市别墅多联机(VRV)空调系统设计

摘要

随着我国经济的快速增长,居住条件日益改善,人们对生活环境的舒适性的要求越来越高,对家用空调的需求越来越大,尤其对空调节能、舒适和健康更加关注。住宅面积不断扩大,住宅空调向着舒适美观、环保健康、高效节能的趋势发展。

空调的主要作用是对房间内的空气流动速度、温度、湿度及洁净度等进行调节与控制,同时提供足够的新鲜空气。目前,对于建筑面积较大的别墅,普遍采用具有节能、舒适、运转平稳等诸多优点,而且各房间可独立调节,能满足不同房间不同空调负荷需求的多联机(VRV)空调系统。

本设计为江苏省南京市的某别墅VRV空调系统设计,拟为之设计合理的VRV空调系统为室内生活人员提供舒适的生活环境。建筑物共两层,一层为厨房、餐厅、卧室、卫生间、客厅父母房;二层为书房、休息室、阳台、卫生间、更衣室、主卫、儿童房、小客厅、主人房,建筑面积为241.92㎡,空调总面积为188.72㎡,由此可见空调总面积不大,且各房间面积相对较小、但是有独立控制的要求;空调使用的时间相对分散,且各功能间的负荷不会要求同时最大;在综合考虑建筑物的特点及对舒适性的要求与经济性等方面之后,选用多联机系统。

本设计对建筑工程的概况进行了介绍,并利用鸿业负荷计算软件对各房间的冷热负荷进行了计算,从而得到空调系统负荷,并绘制出了建筑平面图,确定合适的空调方案及空调方式。针对不同功能房间室内装修特点,选用不同形式的室内机,并按配置率80%~130%选择室外机。根据空调设备生产厂家的施工要求,布置室内外机及管道位置。

ABSTRACT

With the rapid growth of China's economic and the improvement of living conditions, people have increased high demand on the living environment of the comfort and payed more and more attention to the greater demand for domestic air conditioning, especially the air conditioning energy saving, comfort and health. Residential area continues to expand, residential air conditioning developed to a comfortable appearance, environmental health, efficient energy conservation trends.

The main function of air conditioning is to regulate and control the air flow rate, temperature, humidity and cleanliness in the room. At present, the construction area of large villa, commonly used the VRV air conditioning system. Which has the advantages of energy saving, comfortable, stable operation and many other advantages, and each room can be adjusted independently, to meet demands of the different online rooms of different air conditioning load.

The design of a villa in Jiangsu, Nanjing VRV air conditioning system design, intended to design a reasonable VRV air conditioning system for indoor living staff to provide a comfortable living environment. The building a total of two layers, the first layer for the kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom, living room, parents room; the second layer is the study room, lounge, balcony, bathroom, dressing room, the main health, children's room, living room, master room. The construction area is 241.92 square meters, and a total area of air conditioning is 188.72 square meters, the total area of the visible air conditioning is not big, and the room area is relatively small, but there are requirements for independent control of the use of air conditioning; the relative dispersion time, and the function between the maximum load is not simultaneously after considering the characteristics of buildings; and the requirements for comfort and economy etc., using VRV system.

In the design the building engineering are introduced, and the use of Hongye load calculation software for each room to calculate the cooling and hoting load, so as to obtain the load of air conditioning system, and draw the construction plan, determine the appropriate scheme of air conditioning and air conditioning mode.

According to the different features of indoor decoration of the room, the use of different forms of indoor machine, and according to the allocation rate of 80% ~ 130% to choose the outdoor machine. According to the construction requirements of air conditioning equipment manufacturers, the layout of indoor and outdoor machines and pipes.
