升降横移自动化立体车库系统设计

摘 要

随着我国经济的飞速发展、汽车拥有率的迅速上升,城市停车难问题不断恶化,而作为解决城市停车难的有效措施—立体车库,以其占地面积少、停车率高、布置灵活等优点,越越受到人们的青睐。智能立化体车库以其操作方便、安全可靠、高效低耗等优点,正受到在国内外的关注。本文主要以升降横移式智能立体车库为研究对象,对其进行控制系统研究与设计。升降横移式智能立体车库利用托盘左右移位产生垂直通道,实现车位升降存取车辆。本系统中充分利用PLC可靠性强、性价比高、扩展性好、操作方便,适于频繁启动和恶劣环境的特点,本文中分别采用三菱公司FX-2N型PLC作为控制系统的核心,采用组态王工控组态软件对PLC进行控制实现车辆的存取。

在系统中,PLC作为控制器直接控制车库运行,工控机作为上位机通过网络通信监视整个车库的运行状态,实现车库的安全运行和管理。本文详细介绍了车库的PLC控制系统和监控系统,给出了控制系统组成和存取车流程图,系统具有友好的人机交互界面,控制灵活,系统的安全性和可靠性高。

DESIGN OF LIFTING AND SLIDING AUTOMATIC STEREO GARAGE

SYSTEM

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of Chinese economy, car ownership rate, city parking problem has worsened, as the effective measures to solve the city parking, garage, with its small area, parking rate high, the advantages of flexible layout, more and more people of all ages. Intelligent solid garage has the advantages of easy to operate, safe and reliable, high efficiency and low energy consumption, has received much attention at home and abroad. This paper mainly to lift sliding solid carport as research object, the control system research and design of the. Lift sliding solid carport uses left shift to produce the vertical channel, to realize vehicle parking lift access. This system makes full use of the PLC high reliability, high performance price ratio, good expansibility, convenient operation, for frequent start-up and harsh environment, this paper respectively by Mitsubishi Co FX-2N PLC as the core of control system, access control to realize vehicle on PLC using the Kingview configuration software.

In the system, PLC as the controller to directly control the running of the garage, the IPC as the host computer to monitor operational status of the whole garage communication through the network, realize the safe operation and management of the garage. This paper introduces the PLC control system and monitoring system for the garage, the configuration of control system and vehicle access flow chart are given, the system has a friendly man-machine interface, flexible control, high reliability and safety of the system
